Marking International Youth Day 2020

Wikipedia states:

✅Youth(15-24 yrs, according to United Nations) in Africa constituted 19% of the global youth population in 2015, numbering 226 million.

✅Africa’s population as a whole is very young, with 60% of the entire continent aged below 25, making it the youngest continent in the world.

The youth of a continent is too precious an asset to waste.

How is Africa, particularly Nigeria harnessing or squandering these humongously priceless, but transient human resources?

Is Africa dealing with a case of ‘arrested development,’ if it can’t take advantage of its globally acknowledged advantage, it’s youth?

Where do we go from here?

To mark the IYD on Wed.12/08/20 at 4.00PM(WAT), we bring MEANINGFUL, HELPFUL & INSPIRATIONAL conversation from unusually informed minds, passionate about Africa & have worked with the African youths in diverse capacities.
