Through this monthly Culture Exchange, we are committed to sharing global perspectives to parenting, particularly for parents of African descent through in-depth interview sessions with primary and secondary parents from diverse cultures. These distinguished men and women will to tell their stories, the peculiarities of their cultures and practices, beliefs about life, marriage, children, parents and the relationship they must foster to bring the best out of the child and present them to the world as people of character and globally compliant children. This must become a critical goal in parenting as the British Council has identified that CITIZENSHIP has changed from just being a status but a global phenomenon and part of core skill and competencies our precious children must be taught as a tool of relevance in GLOBALISED world, experiencing the 4th industrial Revolution.
