I had an eventful weekend. I enjoyed every bit of spending time with my family, particularly my dear wife, the Chief Operating Officer of our home. She runs things at the home front and she does it very well. Observing her this weekend I was inspired by her organisational skill and energy for order. I think she deserves a public mention and more. Yes, she does.

I am sure you all had an inspired weekend. I am determined to set you an unquenchable fire of inspiration this week. I pray that God will give me grace.

I will like to continue my discussion with you on Human Ingenuity. Today, I will like to dwell on the strategy for releasing your Human Ingenuity.

You do not begin to release your Human Ingenuity until you understand the real definition of change. I define CHANGE is an ever-present POSSIBILITY for any soul, who is ready to take RESPONSIBILITY. I therefore believe that the word, ‘IMPOSSIBILITY’ should be extricated from dictionary of human behaviour and social interaction and be replaced with ‘MAN REFUSAL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOMINION.

When is the time for change? Well, I believe that the time for personal, family, organisational, national and continental change is NOW. It is my faith the everyday is a usual day until something happens and things do not happen until YOU make a conscious decision to make it happen.

My strategy for driving change is embedded in the belief that the seed of INSPIRATION, which fan Human Ingenuity to its peak, where it ignite positive change is sown into a life by consistent encounter with the right information, universal principles that guide, guard and gauge human existence.

I believe that when the right information is resident and richly entrenched and consciously engaged by the WILL of man, it births beliefs. I believe that the fruit of belief is values and the fruit of values is habits.

I believe that habits determines the boundaries of our relationships; our relationships, which I believe is another name for a man producing after his own kind (by what he knows and what he doesn’t know).

I believe that our relationship sets the stage for our opportunities and our opportunities create the platform for our relevance and our relevance is the justification for our rewards and our rewards provides the doorway to our significance and our significance has in it the seed of immortality.

In view of the foregoing, our strategy is to consistently sow the seed of inspiration to provoke the peak of Human Ingenuity to provoke positive through the consistent dissemination of the right information, universal principles that guide, guard and gauge human existence.
