STORY:
Columbus police have identified a 15-year-old girl who was found dead in the late hours of Monday, April 3, 2023, the fifth homicide in a 48-hour period that detectives know has left the community with more questions than answers.

SENSES (Child Safeguarding and Protection Principle):
This homicide case is the fifth to occur within the Ohio community within 48 hours. It is important that primary and secondary parents stay on alert and are security conscious and educate our precious youngsters about their inevitable roles in their Personal Safety, Self-Protection and Security. We should also ensure that we always know the whereabouts of our precious children not for the purpose of monitoring their movement but to know how to get alert emergency response for them if it becomes necessary.
