There is a journey from System to participation, particularly of our precious children.

How do we help them play their role in a Child Protection System, codified into policy and broken down into implementation processes on which every stakeholder including the precious children are trained?

A School exists for Behavioral and learning outcomes.

We have however noticed that more investment goes into learning Outcomes than in Behavioural Outcomes for Children.

We want to reap where we have not sown. We desire to have good behavioural outcome without investment in that area.

Where a child is not doing well academically, we get teachers for them, when a child doesn’t exhibit values or social skills, we tend to talk or shout through it.

Research has however shown that more resources should be invested in soft skills as the world is moving in that direction. Machines are already taking technical roles with the advent of Artificial Intelligence.

What will make the difference is the kindness and Love Quotient, the ability to make a difference and exhibit their difference without bringing any other person down.

The lines of division are increasing by the day and compassion has become a must. The time has come for investment in the behavioral outcome for every child. But HOW do we do that?
