That is when the sinner dies.  Addressing persons breeds prejudice while adressing issues brings solutions.’

I woke up this morning with a concern. It is a genuine concern. It has been an issue in my heart in the last few months. It is the propensity of man to criticise or judge another. The idea that when I mess up, I understand myself because I’m human but when others mess up, they must criticised out of existence is to say the least unacceptable. I see men and women, who keep pointing accusing fingers to others as if they have no sin.

I have no right and capacity to criticise people. The standard is, he that has no sin let him cast the first stone of condemnation. Does that mean I will condone and encourage evil? God forbid. All I will do is to address issues and not persons.

Yes, that was just an appertizer. My concern today is to continue our journey of self-discovery. We are at a very interesting busstop today.

I have shared with you in the course of the week that there are six cardinal principles to operating our passwords to decoding our identity. We may refer to them as our password manual.

We have shared three of them. The first, accept and love yourself as you are. The second, identify positive and negative childhood experiences. The third, identify the requirements for healing.

The fourth, which is our focus today is to  subcribe to the healing process. What does this mean. It simply means that after you have identified the requirements for healing we must go ahead and acquire it. Whatever we find as a requirement for our healing we must make conscious efforts to create time and budget for it.

For example if you find that one of the negative impacts of your upbringing is that you suffer from accute low self-esteem and you find that the requirement for healing is to go for counselling, read some books and make delibrate efforts to fight against your esteem issues. Subcription means, you are not just going to stay at home and keep wishing. It means you are going to get on your feet and begin to seek the channels of your healing. That is what I mean by subscibing. It is the vigorous but informed pursuit of the requirements for healing.
